For a long time, this work has been growing quietly;
in my heart, in my home, and through years of working
closely with people and their spaces.
My path began with interior design, but at its heart,
it has always been about how spaces make us feel.
Design taught me something powerful;
homes don't just reflect our lives...they shape how we feel,
how we heal, and how we move forward. Working with clients in their homes and businesses taught me that design isn't just about furniture, layouts, or finishes. It's about safety, expression, healing, and identity.
Through this journey, I found myself drawn deeper
-beyond aesthetics-
into energy, intention, and the unseen ways our
environments support (or drain) us.
I became deeply curious about why certain spaces felt supportive and others didn't. That curiosity naturally led me beyond traditional design and into the energetic and emotional layers
of the home - and the occupants.
I dove into studying Feng Shui, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT),
and additional healing modalities;
tools that address not just the home, but the people living within it.
Over time, my work naturally transitioned from designing spaces
to supporting deeper healing and alignment
for both home and human.
(...animals too!)
Creativity is an important part of The Transcending Home.
I am (perhaps first and foremost) an artist.
Art has always been one of the most intuitive languages.
For me, artwork isn't just decorative - it's vibrational.
Color, symbolism, texture, and intention all carry energy,
and the art we live with has the power to influence our mood,
nervous system, and a sense of belonging within a space.
I see artwork as a form of energetic medicine.
Something that can anchor intentions, soften a room, or act as an elemental remedy. I make and offer artwork with those intentions in mind, and each piece is created to not just been seen, but to be felt, supporting emotional balance, inspiration, and harmony.
Over time, interior design, art, energy work, and healing modalities began to merge into one integrated practice. What emerged was a holistic approach that honors the deep relationship between our environment and our well-being.
The Transcending Home is the container for this work. It is here to support healing, alignment, and growth by honoring the deep relationship between a person and the space they live in. For some, that healing begins with Feng Shui - bringing balance, flow, and intention into the home itself. For others, it begins internally through SRT, working with the inner patterns and energetic blocks that shape our experiences. Often the most meaningful transformation happens through a combination of what each individual is drawn to - when the home and the person are supported together, creating real, lasting shifts in everyday life.
Healing-centered work for both space and self.
